Pets: Cats: Baloo and Bagheera
Maribeth is a dedicated Veterinary Assistant with a lifelong passion for animal care. Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, she knew veterinary medicine was her calling from the moment she took her first dog to the veterinarian. Since entering the field at just 14 years old, Maribeth has gained extensive experience working with large animals, small animals, exotic pets, and specialty hospitals.
A graduate of Noble High School (2012), Maribeth has developed special interests in surgery, emergency medicine, and critical care. Her diverse background and hands-on experience have helped her build a well-rounded skill set and a deep appreciation for providing exceptional care to animals and their families.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Maribeth enjoys traveling and exploring life with her family. She shares her home with two beloved feline companions, Baloo and Bagheera. One of the most unique pets she has owned was a skunk, whom she cared for and adored for six years. In addition to her veterinary experience, Maribeth worked as a canine handler for three years and is trained in basic obedience, bomb and narcotics detection, tracking and trailing, and personal protection training.
